Turkish Coffee:
Turkish coffee is a thick, strong coffee made by boiling very finely ground coffee beans with water (and sometimes sugar) in a small pot called a “cezve.” It is served unfiltered, so the grounds settle at the bottom of the cup.

Ayran:
Ayran is a traditional Turkish drink made from yogurt, water, and a pinch of salt. It is cold, refreshing, and commonly served with meals, especially in summer.
